Please complete this form for each child interested in competing in our Spring 7 on 7 League. Games will be played on the following Saturday evenings (game times TBD): 4/11, 4/18, 4/25, 5/2, 5/16, 5/30, plus playoffs potentially on 6/6 and 6/13. We are looking to enter teams in the 12u (Fall 2026 Grades 5 and 6) and 14u (Fall 2026 Grades 7 and 8) divisions. Cost will be $185, but please hold on payment until we ensure interest. Please respond by Saturday, March 14th.
